Discover the Lycian Coast by bike and boat, combining challenging cycling with ancient ruins, pine-covered hills, coastal villages and secluded Mediterranean bays. From Bodrum and the ancient site of Knidos to Dalyan, Kayaköy, Tlos and Fethiye, the journey reveals some of southwestern Turkey’s most distinctive landscapes and archaeological sites.
A challenging premium experience along the Mediterranean
The route combines hilly cycling stages with quiet coastal roads and rural landscapes, rewarding the effort with views across the Mediterranean and access to historic sites along the Lycian coast. Between rides, the boat sails to the next destination, allowing you to combine active days in the saddle with swimming, relaxing on board and discovering Turkey’s coastal heritage.

ROUTE
The route follows the Lycian Coast from the Bodrum area towards Fethiye, combining coastal roads, forested hills and rural landscapes with some of the region’s most remarkable ancient sites. Highlights include the ancient city of Knidos, the ruins of Kaunos, the Lycian rock tombs around Dalyan, the abandoned village of Kayaköy, the ancient cities of Tlos and Letoon, and the dramatic landscape of Saklikent Canyon. There are two different itineraries, depending on the departure date and port of departure.
The cycling is challenging, with hilly stages and regular climbs along the route. Between cycling days and excursions, the boat connects the different sections of the journey and provides opportunities for swimming in Mediterranean bays, relaxing on deck and experiencing the coast from the water. The combination of demanding cycling, ancient heritage and time at sea gives each stage a different character.
