Conditions of Travel

At Bravo Bike, we make it easy to enjoy safe, well-organized, and memorable bike tours worldwide. While specific details vary depending on the tour type — from city rides and scenic countryside tours to multi-day guided tours, self-guided routes, or bike & boat experiences — the following conditions apply to all our bike tours.

Pricing & Final Offer

All prices shown on this website are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on travel dates, availability, and selected services.

Once we receive your request and travel preferences, we will prepare a personalized and non-binding offer (“Ask an Offer”) with the final itinerary, services, and confirmed pricing for your chosen tour.

A cost estimate remains valid for 15 days. Where a specially tailored estimate is provided, a charge of 30 Euros applies for groups of 10 participants, and 20 Euros for larger groups. These charges do not apply if the estimate is accepted as a confirmed booking.

All final travel proposals are confirmed in writing before booking. For full booking process details, please see page How to book.

Payments & Booking Conditions

Payments

A deposit is required after reservation. If the deposit is not received within one week, the booking will be considered cancelled. The remaining balance is due four weeks before departure.

Payments can be made via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card (Visa or Mastercard +2% surcharge; American Express and Diners Club accepted)
  • Cash at our offices

Booking Conditions

A booking is confirmed once 40% of the total trip price has been received. Full payment must be completed no later than 40 days before departure. If booking is made less than 41 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

These conditions are general and may vary depending on the specific tour. Final conditions are confirmed in the individual travel offer.

Once a booking is confirmed, a change of departure date is possible subject to availability. Only justified cancellation costs will apply. Any change is treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the creation of a new reservation. A fee of EUR 55 applies to changes made 28 days or more before departure. After this period, standard cancellation conditions apply.

Completion of the reservation form constitutes acceptance of these contractual terms. Partner operators may apply additional local conditions depending on destination.
