Very important !
Our bikes and other equipment must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery for rental: clean and fully assembled. In the event that the replacement of any cycle (or other) part is necessary during the rental period, the quality of the replacement part must be of the same as the original. Non observation of this may result in the forfeit of the deposit.
Our bicycles are not insured against theft. We therefore need to make a copy/scan of your passport/ID. Any damages or loss of the bike will be debited on your credit card. We also ask for a deposit of 50 € minimum / bike (the amount will vary according to the type of bike you rent) payable in cash only, amount which will be refunded upon the return of the bike/s and accessories in the same conditions as at the time of pick-up.
